AURORA RESIDENT WINS MONTHLY SEMI-FINALS PRIZE IN FOX VALLEY VOLKSWAGEN'S "LOVEbug2 CONTEST"

Adam Fulkerson of Aurora was one of three recent monthly semi-final winners for Fox Valley Volkswagen’s LOVEbug2 Contest, which asks Chicagoland residents to nominate someone whose good deeds have gone a long way to help inspire them or others. He and two other October semi-finalists each won a XM® Xpress RCi® satellite radio receiver in a special award ceremony at Fox Valley Volkswagen’s West Chicago location, and will be entered into the Grand Prize Contest in December for a chance to win a 2010 Limited Edition Volkswagen Beetle valued at $20,390.

Fulkerson, a police officer, was nominated by his wife, Melanie Fulkerson, for his devotion to his family and community and for his untiring support as a volunteer for their local church and children’s programs.
